FENCING & LATTICE

The most common application of fencing in landscaping is to enclose a yard, which is very useful for protecting children and pets. However, there are other great ways to use fencing. For example, encircling a pool which may be required by law. Another great idea is to protect gardens from having produce eaten by strawberry-nabbing kids. Use fencing around play areas and trampolines. And then there’s just the common use of fencing to ensure privacy and protecting what’s inside from what’s outside.

Lattice is an attractive means for controlling the sun in a yard, a place to grow vines, or accentuate a flower bed or vegetable garden, or use as dividers, archways, and walls in yards. It’s an interesting way to break up an open space or create flow and motion to your outdoor areas.
